Represented a hotel portfolio operator in connection with its refinancing of a flag hotel in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in the amount of approximately $4MM.

Served as local counsel to a New York-based lender in connection with its multi-million dollar financing of two properties: an office complex in Chester County, PA and a residential apartment tower in Philadelphia, PA.

Represented the owner of a luxury hotel in a $25.6MM multi-tranche loan transaction for refinancing of existing debt and construction for planned improvements.

Represented national REIT in connection with $100M senior secured revolving credit facility with accordion feature of up to $500M arranged and administered by large national bank.

Represented large locally headquartered bank and trust company in connection with multimillion dollar acquisition loans to local trucking company secured by acquired tractors and trailers and also multimillion dollar loan to local business owner secured by commercial real estate in West Chester, PA.
