Mr. Stacey is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate & Transactional and Business groups, with substantial experience in the areas of commercial real estate, private equity, and complex commercial transactions. Mr. Stacey represents a wide range of clients handling acquisitions, dispositions and leases in connection with a diverse range of commercial real estate projects (including retail shopping centers, urban/suburban office buildings, hospitality, recreational facilities and industrial) financed through private equity, state and Federal tax credit programs and grants, as well as traditional debt and equity sources. In addition, Mr. Stacey regularly counsels privately-held middle market companies in a variety of industries handling general business matters (including start-up counseling, tax/succession planning, intellectual property protection and exploitation strategies/licensing, financing, employment-related agreements, vendor/supply agreements and joint ventures/strategic alliances).
Mr. Stacey received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 2002, where he attended as an Achievement Scholar. During law school, Mr. Stacey was an Associate Editor for the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Writing Program. Mr. Stacey also graduated with honors from Franklin and Marshall College in 1999.
