Joshua is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Business, and Security Alarm practice groups. He has represented clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of apartments, shopping centers, office buildings, student housing, and other commercial properties. Joshua’s corporate work includes the formation, dissolution, acquisition, and sale of business entities, as well as the drafting of employment-related agreements and confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements. His experience in the security alarm industry includes drafting agreements for the purchase and sale of security alarm companies, drafting security monitoring and inspection services contracts, and advising clients with respect to the day-to-day challenges of the security alarm industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Joshua worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an International Tax and Mergers & Acquisitions Associate. He received his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the International and Comparative Law Journal. Joshua received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Spanish.
Outside of work, Joshua is an avid musician who plays both guitar and piano. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
